Depending on the comfort level of mom, Matrix Massage offers prenatal massage using a pregnancy bolster and cushions, or in side-lying position.

***Hot Stone Massage Therapy***
During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body as well as used as part of the massage stroke techniques to help you relax and ease tense muscles throughout your body.

***Kinesiology Taping (K-Tape)***
K-Tape is a safe, effective, low risk way to give your body a nudge in the right direction towards less pain and better function.
K-Tape is used to lift the skin over the affected area. This decompression allows pain receptors to send a new signal to the brain, and tension in the area decreases.

Micaela has been a registered massage therapist for 11 years. Her passion is helping people maintain and regain their physical well-being. She specializes in deep tissue treatment and enjoys incorporating different modalities such as myofascial cupping and trigger point release. She enjoys continuing her education and is certified in myofascial cupping, passive stretch therapy, manual lymphatic drainage through the Dr. Vodder manual lymph drainage school and more. She had also been a certified personal trainer giving her the ability to prescribe proper home exercises and stretching for optimal results.

Kelly Parker RMT

Kelly graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy in 2021. Prior to massage college she graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2019 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology majoring in Athletic Therapy. Over the last six years, she has had experience working as a student therapist in various clinical settings with various populations including collegiate and professional athletes. She is also certified in Lymphatic Massage, Acupuncture and Massage (billed under massage), Myofascial Cupping and soft tissue release.

Kelly has learned skills in assessment, deep tissue, scar tissue, and myofascial release. Kelly is passionate about remedial massage therapy and helping her clients see long term sustainable results.

Lynne Monton RMT

Lynne specializes in myofascial techniques and has been complimented on being an intuitive therapist, who combines modalities into her massage treatments when necessary. Lynne graduated from Evolve College (formerly Massage Therapy College of Manitoba) in 2016; she has worked in both clinical and spa environments since graduation. She has also since been certified in Contemporary Cupping Therapies, Lymphatic Massage, Kinesiology Taping, Sacred Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage, Table Thai Stretching, and Hot Stone Massage.

Lynne is currently continuing her education in myofascial scraping, mobility restoration, as well as passive and assisted stretching therapy. Skye is a Registered Massage Therapist who recently graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy. She has a passion & ever-growing love for the constant challenge and learning that massage therapy brings.

Skye is a highly active individual, taking part in boxing and weightlifting. She’s recently been on a journey to discovering new ways of training that can translate to how we move in everyday life, and is passionate about educating others on the importance of movement. Jamie Dumaran

Jamie graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy in June 2022. Prior to massage, he also graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2019 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. Shortly after he had then Certified as an Athletic Therapist.
